The Time Leak Audit, the hours calculator, and any life-expectancy figures are illustrative averages and estimates — they are not predictions about you. Use your own judgement and seek professional guidance before making important decisions.

The Time Portfolio Model is a paid digital product (a spreadsheet). It is sold and delivered through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record — meaning Lemon Squeezy is the seller for the transaction, and your purchase is also subject to their terms and refund policy. We grant you a licence to use the Model for your own personal use. Please don't share, redistribute, or resell the file.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you think it's been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
The Rare Practice name, the hourglass mark, our content, and our frameworks belong to us. Using our products gives you a limited, personal licence to use them — it doesn't transfer ownership, and you may not copy, resell, or create competing products from them.
We work hard to keep everything running, but our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't promise any particular result from using them — your outcomes depend on you.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your reliance on general guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the mandatory legal rights of the country you live in, and nothing here removes them. In particular, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, or elsewhere, you still benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
